Giveaway #2

If you didn't read the first post... Last week I achieved over 3,000 fans on my Facebook page and over 10,000 views on my blog! I am so excited, so I just have to do a giveaway.

A lot of my new fans and blog followers are fellow crocheters, so I wanted part of the giveaway to be specifically for you!! THIS is that part.

THIS IS THE GIVEAWAY FOR CROCHETERS
Of course anyone can enter, but if you don't crochet, you won't have any use for these prizes.

GIVEAWAY #2
Prize #1:
A surprise goody bag of yarn, hooks, etc... Whatever I think of when I send it!

Prize#2:

A pattern pack of three (3) patterns from my Etsy shop. I also have a few patterns to be published, so if you're interested just ask about them.

HOW TO ENTER:
1. You MUST be a follower of my Facebook. This is the only mandatory entry. Comment on THIS POST with your name and your email address.
BONUS: If you are a follower of my blog (or become one), leave a separate comment saying so.
BONUS: Share the post on Facebook about the giveaway. Leave another comment that you shared it. You MUST make sure that your share is "public" (there is a drop-down on the upper-right hand side of the window after you click share). If I can't see it, it won't count.

Giveaway #1

I have been on vacation for the last two weeks. The hubs, kids, and I drove down the California... ALLLLLLL the way down the San Diego! It was quite the adventure. More on that later. :)

While I was away, my Facebook page reached OVER 3,000 fans!!!! My blog also reached over 10,000 views!!!! I am very excited about both of these, so I reckon it's time for a giveaway!

I am going to give away a total of four (4) prizes! Because a lot of my new fans and new blog visitors are fellow crocheters, I'm going to have two prizes just for you and two prizes for the rest of my fans, who are crochet-buyers. ;)

THIS POST WILL BE FOR THE NON-CROCHETERS
Really, anyone is allowed to enter to win... but I know that those of you who crochet probably make your own stuff, and wouldn't need to win these prizes.

GIVEAWAY #1
Prize #1:
A Halloween-inspired hat! You choose the size (0-6 months, 6-24 months, 2-4 years, or 4+), I choose the hat. Just let me know if it will be for a boy or a girl!

Prize #2:

This owl buddy.

Things I'm Loving

There are some things going on in life right now that I just have to take a minute and share. :)

In the crochet world, I'm loving this sweater I made for my cousin's soon-to-be-born baby... Hopefully this size will fit her when it's cold where they live.

I have to admit, I'm also loving the expression on my daughter's face. :)

I didn't ge the sales I thought I would on this watermelon hat this summer, but I love it nonetheless. Unfortunately, I never did make my daughter one... She's more of a hairbows kinda girl.

My son had ribs for the first time (well actually picking them up and eating them off the bone himself) and LOVED them. He's asked for them almost every night since.

BANANA BREAD!! It has been a long time since I made my "famous" banana bread... Ohmygoodness... I will be making it more often again!

My daughter is getting into quite a Mommy stage! I am just in awe every time I see her start playing with her babies! She's climbing in her Bitty Baby's crib every day, sitting for a second, and then wants help getting out, lol.

THIS SMILE!!!!!

Cool summer mornings in the Pacific Northwest... We had our "hot week" last week, so I was leaving the windows open all night. In the morning, the downstairs was quite chilly, but I was determined to keep them open so that it wouldn't get so hot inside the house so fast.

"Down!?" (And the blanket... I had started a granny crochet-along and only lasted the first two weeks. Because my daughter had been covering her dolls with the blanket from her toy picnic basket, I decided to sew them together so her babies would have a real blanket!)

Being Mommy again. She is commanding her doll, "Eat!" Wonder where she gets that? ;)

And I REALLY LOVE when she feeds her babies. I just love, love, love it!!!

Have a good weekend everyone! I'm working quickly to get orders done and out the door, while also packing for our trip to CALIFORNIA!!!! We leave on Tuesday!
